Penny is a public speaker, an expert who and writes non-fiction.  In addition to ten books on various subjects, she travels around the country presenting workshops and seminars.

Penny fully understands the concept of "platform" and, through her seminars, has built a loyal and growing following. She wants to be able to interact with her fans and potential fans, but would also like to be able to control which audience receives which information.
